Booking a Reiki session is not simply choosing a time on a calendar — it is saying yes to a moment of pause, presence, and care for yourself.

This page is here to guide you gently before you step into the booking space.

Before You Book

Distance Reiki sessions are offered with deep respect for your unique energy, timing, and soul journey. Each session is held in a calm, sacred field, guided by intuition, attuned Reiki frequencies, and loving presence.

There is no video call or live interaction during the session.
This allows the energy to flow freely, without distraction, in a way that is gentle, focused, and deeply supportive.

Before your session, you will receive a short email with guidance on how to prepare.
After your session, you will receive a follow-up message with any intuitive insights, impressions, or channeled messages that came through for you.

You don’t need to do anything special — simply arrive with openness and allow yourself to receive.

Choosing Your Session

You will be able to select from:

15-minute Distance Reiki Session — a gentle energetic tune-up or support during busy times
30-minute Distance Reiki Session — a deeper, more spacious healing experience
60-minute Distance Reiki Session — an immersive session for those seeking profound alignment, release, or support

Optional Light Language activations may be included if you feel called to receive them.

Pet Distance Reiki sessions are also available and can be booked through the same system.

A Note on Timing & Energy

Please trust your intuition when choosing your session length and timing. Reiki meets you exactly where you are, and there is no “right” or “wrong” choice — only what feels supportive for you in this moment.
