New Release: Magical Pond

New Painting Release!

Today I am very happy to announce the Official Release of my latest landscape watercolor painting. The title is “Magical Pond” if you follow me on Instagram @carolinarussoart you probably saw my posts as the work in progress. And if you are in my Collector’s List a few days ago you received my Newsletter with a preview. This painting is very special to me for many personal reasons. I love the mood of this ethereal landscape, the minimal color palette and the beautiful touch of gold. It is a magical place where the trees and the rocks are embracing the pond, the delicate sound of the the water and the light reflection in it are peacefully calming. An intimate place where you can connect with your soul and thoughts.

This painting is very similar from the ones included in my latest Collection released last October. A series of landscapes and seascapes paintings inspired by powerful natural elements, “Water and Earth” and created in appreciation for our gorgeous nature on this Earth. The new painting is a continuation of that series. I will paint more of these. I hope you love it as I do.

I made this painting of the heart held by flowers a while back. I thought it was nice to share it here today to welcome the month of February. This is a watercolor painting the title is “Feel it in your heart” ❤️
Remember heart coherence is key and it is very powerful! When we connect our mind with our heart and body we are in a balanced flow state which benefits ourselves and everyone around us. Breathing exercises and meditation are a great daily practice that help you to open your heart and expand to reach that deep connection.

I do practice this daily! If you do too, share your experience in the comments. If this is new to you let’s start the month with a new beneficial routine that will greatly improve your life! Here is Day 9 prompt: Wassailing

These days time goes so fast that fit in a painting wasn’t easy, but I love to combine prompts so this is what I did for this drawing! Do you like her as much as I do? Nothing better than enjoy a cup of Wassail in a beautiful red velvet Jingle Bells dress with matching head piece! I think did worked greatly! I would do the same for the last two days prompts ending the Challenge! Not sure I would be able to post it tomorrow but I will sometime soon! I can’t believe we are almost at the end and tomorrow is Christmas Eve! ❤️

These days I have to jiggle with the time. I can’t believe Christmas would be here in few days! Where all the time go? I wasn’t able to create a new piece for this prompt. I didn’t want to miss it, so I decided to post my painting with the title “Shine Your Light” I made it a while back in 2018 maybe some of you will remember it. This is a painting very dear to my heart. With this I wish you to always shine your light, listen to your intuition and open your heart, you are amazing as you are and you are exactly where you need to be! ❤️
