What is a Distance Reiki Session?

A Distance Reiki session is a sacred, energetically guided healing experience that takes place without the need for physical presence. Because Reiki is universal life force energy, it is not limited by time or space. This means that healing can be received across any distance from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are in the world.

During a session, I connect with your energy field using focused intention, intuitive guidance, and attuned Reiki frequencies, allowing the healing energy to flow gently through all levels of your being — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — supporting balance, release, clarity, and renewal.

There is no video call or live communication during the session, and no recording will be provided. Instead, you will receive an email prior to the session, helping you prepare, and a follow-up email afterward with insights, impressions, and any messages that came through.

All you need is a quiet space to relax, an open heart, and a willingness to receive. Whether you choose to rest, meditate, or simply continue your day, Reiki will find its way to you with divine intelligence and grace.

Many first-time clients report feeling deep calm, emotional release, inner peace, or gentle sensations during their first session. Even if you don’t consciously feel anything, know that the energy is working at the deepest levels for your highest good.

You are lovingly held in a safe, sacred space throughout the process.

How It Works
Before your session, I tune into your energy and work in alignment with your higher self and supportive guidance. With presence and care, Reiki energy flows intuitively to where it is most needed — whether for emotional balance, energetic clearing, physical discomfort, or spiritual alignment.

You may feel warmth, tingling, peace, or simply a deep sense of calm.

Reiki for Pets & Animal Companions 🐾

Our animal companions are deeply intuitive and sensitive to energy. Just like us, they can experience stress, emotional shifts, physical discomfort, and energetic imbalances. Reiki offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support their overall well-being, helping them feel safe, relaxed, and nurtured.

Whether your pet is navigating a health challenge, adjusting to a new environment, recovering from trauma, or simply in need of energetic harmony, Distance Reiki can offer comfort and healing from afar.

As with all energy work, your pet doesn’t need to do anything special — they can rest comfortably in their familiar space while the energy flows.

You can choose from:

15-Minute Pet Distance Reiki Session – a brief yet potent session ideal for general wellness, emotional support, or a quick energetic tune-up.
30-Minute Pet Distance Reiki Session – a deeper healing experience for pets needing extra support physically, emotionally, or energetically.

Sessions are done remotely (not over video), and you will receive an email before and after the session with intuitive notes and insights, if received during the energy work.

Animals often respond beautifully to Reiki and this is one of the most heartwarming and soulful offerings I’m honored to share.

All sessions are done remotely, so your animal can rest comfortably in their familiar environment. You’re encouraged to create a calm space for your pet and observe any subtle shifts before, during, or after.
