How does Distance Alchemy actually work?

What is the protocol for preparation?
The only requirement is your Sovereign “Yes.” You are enough exactly as you are. If you feel called, breathe into your heart and set an intention to receive your Highest Timeline. The Arcturian Council handles the rest.
What will I feel during or after a session?
Each soul’s recognition is unique. You may experience:
Tactile Sensations: Warmth, the “Cool Air” of the Temple, or a “Whole-Body Hum.”

How do I know the session was performed?
