– Amy Winehouse –
Day #23 World Watercolor Month 2017

Today painting is an off prompt it is the portrait of late singer “Amy Winehouse” this morning I was inspired to create this portrait by a friend that posted one of her photo on Instagram. I decided to paint Amy Whinehouse as part of my “Art For Music” Collection. While painting surprisingly I realized that today July 23 she passed away six years ago. It’s strange that I felt the urge and inspiration to paint her just today! When I started to paint I didn’t know today was recurring the anniversary! So my portrait it is a Tribute to her talent and music.
