Consider meditation, stretching, or listening to particular music. You might also enjoy a cup of herbal tea while lighting your favorite candle, turning on an aromatherapy oil diffuser, or burning incense. These practices can help you unwind, boost your mood, and improve your focus.
3. Practice Mindfulness and Meditation
   • Mindfulness and meditation can help quiet the mind and reduce stress. Spend a few minutes each day practicing deep breathing, mindfulness, or guided meditation to center yourself before starting your creative work.
4. Set Clear Intentions and Goals
