Day #21 World Watercolor Month

This is Day #21/31 of the World Watercolor Month today I attempted to paint one of my own creation and Jewelry Design. I love the “Fossil Seashell Necklace” and when I created the design for the launch I took this photo with the plumeria flower, this photo is pretty much everywhere over my social media profiles picture as symbol of my Jewelry Collections and of yesterdayafter.com today I took it as reference photo for my watercolor painting! The Fossil Seashell Necklace is available in Limited Edition on my Etsy Shop.

Details about my watercolor:
watercolor outlined with black and blu ink pens. I used French Artists Watercolors Sennelier l’Aguarelle 12 demi-godets half-pans travel metal box and Pigma Micron Black ink #01 pen. Painted over a cold press 140lb watercolor paper pad!

What a beautiful idea, to paint your stunning jewellery, and I love that it is a fossil. I have thousands of found sharks teeth, I keep meaning to turn into jewellery….. I would get in a pickle with all that wire, 😀

Yes right! Is a cool subject. This is not new to me I always sketch my jewelry ideas when I am creating my pieces and often I give accents of watercolor to make the sketch pop and more real so that I can imagine the finished piece! But today painting is not a sketch I loved to paint the necklace! 😉
