Carolina Russo is a watercolor artist she was born and raised in Italy where she studied Art and Design. some styles are timeless . I love the modern/futuristic edge you have put on it. The thigh high boots and the balloon-like sleeve. Sorry I don’t know the fashion terminology for it but it looks cool and pretty kick ass.
