Day #20 World Watercolor Month 2017

Today post is for yesterday painting Day 20 official prompt is “California Dreaming” I live in California from last 15 years! Today I made a painting illustrating one of the most famous places in Los Angeles and an all time tourist attraction “Hollywood”! I couldn’t miss to portray one beautiful movie star, iconic Marilyn Monroe! Her beauty has no time but I painted her in my style, watercolor and ink with a touch of Pop Art. I gave her, blue hair! I can see a nowadays Marilyn being able to casually sporting baby blue or pink color hair and be lovely! I also painted her between the bright yellow “California Poppy flowers” they are like sunshine here you can see them all over!

Thankfully art has no time Carolina…she is just like it was yesterday. And as you said, would fit right in with blue or pink hair. Well done 😀
