Today painting prompt is “Red, White, and Blue” and here in USA we are celebrating the 4th of July “Independence Day” I managed to make this painting portrait with the limited palette of the three watercolors and a touch of gold on her lips! I am glad I was able to paint before the fireworks later on tonight! 😉 Have a wonderful Happy 4th of July! ❤

Details about my watercolor paintings:
 My watercolors is outlined with black and white ink pens. Gold Jelly Roll pen. I used  French Artists Watercolors  Sennelier  l’Aguarelle,  Ink pens used COPIC Multiliner Black ink #03 and 05 . A Alvin Draft/Matic #03 Limited Edition Pink Mab Graves Pencil.  Pentel Aqua Brush – I painted on Bee Paper for watercolor 140lb, 100% cotton, cold pressed, size 6×9 inches .

  1. I like the drops of colors. We did that last week, by hitting the paint brush on the hand (finger). Last year, we used a toothbrush. All the painting are very nice. We are painting the house – different kind of painting. Take some of my time from blogging!!
