Coming Soon The World Watercolor Month 2020

Hello dear friends,
I  hope to find you all well whenever you are in the world!
I am sorry, I haven’t posted much lately, life got in the way and I took a break from blogging for a while. I like to thank all my new followers.  I have been active posting my work not much here but more on my  Instagram. During these months I have been experimenting Ecoprinting on paper which I love to do very much and other interesting things beside my watercolor paintings. This year the 2020 started in a weird way and did bring things in the world that we wouldn’t expect to face and deal with!  But here we are time goes fast and it is the end of June already, which means for my watercolor artists friends that July is coming soon and it will bring some fun! The 5th Edition of The World Watercolor Month a wonderful and inspiring art challenge that brings together watercolor artists from all over the world creating daily for one entire month 31 Watercolors in 31 Days to know more and all the details visit my friend Charlie O’Shields at Doodlewash he is the founder of this great event. The World Watercolor Month first started in July 2016, since then every year this is a successful art challenge. This is also a charitable event that support a great cause, raise awareness help and support young artists to know more and how you can help please visit Charlie Blog.

Anyone can join the challenge no matter what level of watercolor painting you are “simply add the hashtag #WorldWatercolorMonth whenever you post ANY art that features watercolors or gouache on social media during the month of July!” Join the fun and share your work!

This is a great opportunity for improve your skills and get the habit to paint daily, be inspired and inspire others, I will do my best this month to participate hopefully every day or whenever I can!
Here below there is the Official Prompt List if you need ideas, it is not mandatory to follow, you are free to create your own list or your own project,  be free to paint what you want just don’t forget to use the hashtag when you  share on social media.

      1. Singing in the rain dear lady, and hopefully not keeping the neighbors awake 😂 🤣
        In the real world the virus has been much quieter over here because they locked everything down so quickly…but the greed got to them and they lifted a lot of restrictions before it was truly eliminated and the virus has taken back off again but they aren’t doing anything. I think they are thinking that its time to get ‘herd’ immunity and not lose any more money (both in the same sentence for them). Of course death of the elderly and weak is just an unlucky side effect.
        But as you have so beautifully put it, our consciousness is most certainly in a shift indeed with all that is happening besides the virus. I think all of it has great purpose in the change it has asked us to face and bring about a new way of being. I hope it steps into that love and peace we all so yearn for dear lady 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
