About me… as you have seen from my latest posts, this Month of October I had lots going on artistically. I have been drawing and painting every day participating to two great challenges combined together! #mabsdrawlloweenclub2019 and #inktober2019 it has been an amazing month, artists worldwide have been sharing their daily creations and today is last day of this amazing event. I will post my last drawing later on. This is my fourth year to complete the challenge! If you follow me on Instagram @carolinarussoart than you have seen it! Because I have posted there all of my painting on time!

My Poem on Ink and Quill…

Jennifer Calvert is the wonderful writer behind Ink and Quill she had a lovely and thoughtful idea, wanted to support the work of her fellow blogger with great appreciation sharing Poetry. Few days ago she posted Share a Poem on Ink and Quill having an enormous response.

The post was an invitation from Jennifer saying to “share a link here of your favourite poem/s, which you have written or a poem written by a fellow poet. Or both!”

I did participate and left the link of one of my Poems. Today she reblogged my Poem “Emotions” with precious and beautiful words she honoured me and many others.

Carolina from Yesterday After, words flow and warm my soul, ‘floating like cluster clouds in a sky of darkness and light.’

Emotions

emotions chained
to words untold
floating like cluster clouds
in a sky of darkness and light

the storm was approaching
lighting were striking the heart
like stones breaking glasses

like in a lost dance over fire
following the song of my thoughts
holding a flower to protect

a desperate search for
a peaceful and silent shelter to rest

pieces of me were left there
in the dark with a white flower to hold
looking for a raising sun…

I featured Ewian on September 26 introducing their amazing music and announcing the soon release of the new album “We Need Monster”. This is a follow-up I love Ewian Music and I am very happy today to announce that the expected day is finally arrived!!! The release of the new Album is here!

This weekend has been Great! Thank you for the participation to this Halloween Meet and Greet Party. It is truly difficult every week to choose just one of you, I am doing what I can!

Today I am so happy to introduce you with Sue Vincent she is an Artist and Writer with several published books and collaboration with Stuart France. Sue is a wonderful soul and blogger friend here on WP.
She is also a very strong mother supporting the cause of her son Nick that in 2009 was left for dead, stabbed through the brain in an unprovoked attack, in her Blog Sue talks also about Nick miraculous journey and how he is overcoming the result of the attack that influenced his life. I was so touched by Nick story and the immense strength that Sue and her son share is an amazing message of HOPE.
