Winter Wonderland 31 Days 31 Paintings Challenge is ending today December 31st!!!

today was last 31/31 Charlie’s  prompt list says  “CHAMPAGNE”  I am joining  doodlewash  

Yesterday December 31st was last day of this lovely and fun challenge. I am glad I was able to finish on time all my 31 Winter Wonderland paintings I am just posting this on January 1st because I haven’t been at home but with family celebrating New Year’s Eve!

I used  French Artists Watercolors  Sennelier  l’Aguarelle 12 demi-godets half-pans travel metal box  Ink pens used  Pigma Micron Black ink #02, white Uni-ball Signo gel pen and a black ink  Pilot Prera fountain pen fine nib . I painted on a small 3.5 x 5.5 inches mixed media sketchbook.

Winter Wonderland 31 Days 31 Paintings Challenge!!!

today was 30/31 Charlie’s  prompt list says  “SLIPPERS”  I am joining  doodlewash  

Today is day 30 wow one more day to go, I am so happy that between all the hustle and bustle of the Holidays I was able to manage to paint every day and met this month challenge! Now I have a lovely Winter Wonderland illustrated sketchbook and it can turn in so many beautiful things! For today painting prompt, I painted my own cozy slippers that I am wearing! Today we are having some rain here in Southern California, yesterday was very windy, here the weather change by the day but at least these last days temperature are a bit cooler which is great and I love to feel an appearance of Winter! ❤

I love icicles they have something magical, the see through the ice, the reflection with the sunlight, is amazing how the nature is able to shape icy forms on the trees or on everything that is captured inside during freezing temperatures in a icy snow storm!

Today my watercolor took two pages of my tiny sketchbook and my painting is in Manga/Anime Japanese Style. It is always lots of fun creating Manga, my girl is wearing some red mittens to keep her warm while wrapped in a blue cape!

Wow time is going fast we’re getting really close to Christmas we are just few days away and also getting more close to the end of this challenge. I hope that everybody is doing well between the hustle and bustle. Today prompt is Globe I have always found fascinating looking inside a snow globe, it is beautiful to see the little story in it and the falling snow make it more magical, if you have a snow globe at home just take two minutes of your busy time to relax looking at your dreams inside it while the snow is falling! ❤
