Today I came across this beautiful Photography Challenge “A Photo A Week Challenge” hosted by Nancy Merrill Photography the theme of this week is “Hands” and I loved to participate with one of my photos! The hands in the photo are my own featuring one of my jewelry design the Rose Quartz Dome Ring.

Carolina, thank you for the post. Though I’m not a photographer or painter, I’m taken by hands too. Just yesterday I was looking at mine and my wife’s. I don’t think I’ve ever described hands in my writing, but thanks to your interesting post, I think I’ll make it a point to.
That’s very interesting David as writer you can write about and use the hands as a prompt. I don’t know if you know but somethimes I like to write poems, haiku and short stories. Lately I had some experiments writing for VisualVerse Anthology creating a story or poem from a prompt image that they select you have 1h to write 50 to 500 words. It is a nice way to write something generated just looking at an image! Here you can read my latestshort story I wrote for them
A lovely photo Carolina.
