Prompts: Match Girl – Gingerbread

Today post is for Day #3 and the prompts are lovely, “Match Girl” is inspired by the popular short story by Danish poet and author Hans Christian Andersen “The Little Match Girl” my drawing represents her sit in the snow lighting matches and on the ground there is a Gingerbreadmen which is the second prompt.

❤ Details about my paintings:
My Ink drawing is outlined with ink pens. Pentel Pocket Brush black ink. Ink pens used COPIC Multiliner Black ink #03 and 05, Micron dark red ink #1, Sakura Gold Pen Touch Calligrapher. A Alvin Draft/Matic #03 Limited Edition Pink Mab Graves Pencil. A dash of watercolor, I used French Artists Watercolors Sennelier l’Aguarelle, Pentel Aqua Brush – I painted on Bee Paper for watercolor 140lb, 100% cotton, cold pressed, approx. size 4.5 ×5.75 inches.

– Winter Wonderland – Day 14 GINGERBREAD

Winter Wonderland 31 Days 31 Paintings Challenge!!!

Today is day 14/31 Charlie’s prompt list says “GINGERBREAD” I am joining doodlewash

Posting this pretty late tonight I hope you like my Gingerbread Ornaments! No much time to write right now, but I took this other photo to show you how small is my sketchbook.

All this little paintings in a very small 3 x5 inches page of my tiny sketchbook! I mentioned at the beginning of this challenge that this month I would be working on small size watercolors and in my photo you can see how small it is my sketchbook compared with my COPIC Multiliner! Well I guess I am doing ok so far and able to add lots of tiny details, all my previous 14 days watercolors are this size! 🙂
