It is getting very difficult every week to choose just one of you! But I am doing it from over 40 weeks! ❤
When I made my first Feature post I was thinking to do this only “Once a month”, and since that first time I did this every single weekend! ❤

Here once again sorry for my late post and I thank you all for the participation to this week “Meet and Greet” session!!!

Today I am very pleased and honored to introduce Sarah Vernon we follow each other Blogs from months she is very sweet and a wonderful presence in the blogosphere she is an Artist! England from London Sarah has been an actress for over three decades working on TV series and Theatre in her 20s she was diagnosed with a disabling condition – Limited Cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis (lcSSc) – and the respect now given to digital art have enabled Sarah to travel artistically in a different direction. Her love and Passion for the Theatre leading her on creating beautiful historical images that she sell. Her great Blog contains like she say “my ramblings on art, design, theatre, history, food, cinema and more, subjects I love”. Her Blog posts are always fulfilled with the beautiful images that she digitally manipulate and lots of Theatre-history information. I love Digital Art which is one of my favorite creative medium I work with, this common love connected Sarah and me I have been always fascinated by Sarah elegant work!

emotions chained
to words untold
floating like cluster clouds
in a sky of darkness and light

the storm was approaching
lighting were striking the heart
like stones breaking glasses

like in a lost dance over fire
following the song of my thoughts
holding a flower to protect

a desperate search for
a peaceful and silent shelter to rest

pieces of me were left there
in the dark with a white flower to hold
looking for a raising sun…

A Forest….The Cure song… and my Digital Art

The Cure is one of my favorite bands from the past years. I love their dark sounds the best. My all time favorite Albums are “Seventy Seconds” and “Faith” today I am sharing with you my Digital Art – Oaks created from one of my Photos and I think it is a good match with The Cure song “A Forest” I found two great videos as two different and beautiful versions of this loved song I am going to share it with you In hope that you like them. I suggest you to listen both because the sound is different and both are great!

The Cure would be in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Bowl for 3 days in May it would be the first US full-fledged tour in eight years and I truly would love to go to see them. Tickets are almost already sold out…but maybe I would be lucky if Robert Smith read this post and send me one… 😉 just kidding…lol I am really looking to find some available and is not easy! ❤

This post is my testimony for a one of a kind event. Yesterday, I had the privilege to attend one of the best concerts featuring legendary Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. Also performing was Tosin Abasi from Animals as Leaders!
It was a magical evening where some of the best guitarrist in the world were playing their amazing music and gave us the gift to see them performing together. This concert also had a great cause. It was a benefit concert in support of Cliff Cultreri their good friend and music-industry veteran. Cultreri is the A&R executive who “discovered” Satriani, Vai and other great artists while working at Relativity Records and Koch Entertainment. Cultreri is suffering from a host of auto-immune and connective-tissue disorders simultaneously attacking his immune system, it is a 1 in 100 million occurrence causing severe pain and debilitating. Today I am sharing with you my New Portrait for this unique Digital Art Collection “When Nature Meets Humans” created out of digital photo-manipulation, each portrait is a blend of multiple photos representing nature and persons. I started to develop this concept about two months ago and since then I created five unique portraits.

This is Portrait #6 – EWIAN

Last week Ewian was the Featured on my “Weekly Featured Blogs Event” taking place every Saturday, if you missed the post you can see it here.
Ewian is a great music composer from Germany and his beautiful music and videos, inspired me on creating my new Portrait for this unique Collection. A black and white portrait in connection and symbiosis, reflecting Ewian style and Alternative Post-Rock music.
I used some of the great photos found on EWIAN Blog blended with photos of the “Black Forest” located in Germany. This beautiful forest rapresent the nature greately.
I like to experiment and continually evolve with my Art and creativity. From years I love to work in digital searching and testing new ways of visualization. I love Photography and like to work with photos, manipulating images and transforming them with my personal artistic touch. You can see the other 5 Portraits in a Gallery here.

I love this idea to mix nature with humans and create some unique and very different kinds of portraits…This Collection is created mostly for my own Artistic purpose and to share with you some of my digital abilities.
