Deep Water
Surrounded by the blue deepest water. The reflections of floating emotions, loaded the mind and body in a fearless state.Tranquillity and silence flying through the broken branches of a life experience, were glowing under the warm sunlight.
Suddenly warm rain drops of happiness joined the deep water becoming one.

Today for April Celebration is National Tell A Story Day!
I hope that you enjoyed to read my little story and that did bring you some good feelings and thoughts during this day or evening. I wanted to combine two of my artistic and creative way of expression, “Watercolors and Writing”. I wanted to share one of my 50 words stories “Deep Water” and illustrate it I with one of my watercolors that I painted few years ago for my mom.
National Tell a Story Day is observed in the United States each year on April 27th.
We are all encouraged to share all kinds of stories on National Tell a Story Day. Whether it’s read from a book, one from your imagination or an actual story from a childhood memory, April 27th is the day to gather friends and family and share those stories.
Details about my doodlewash:
I used a basic watercolor palette Artist’s Loft Fundamental watercolor pan set this pan set is considered for beginners but I enjoy it for the variety of colors and use it a lot for sketching. I also used a Pigma Micron Black Ink pen #005 over a Watercolor Cold Press 140lb paper!
With this Celebration of National Tell A Story Day, I am also join Charlie at doodlewash celebrating a National or International Day with a doodlewash! You are welcome to join with your doodlewash! Tag your image #doodlewashaday.

Overwhelming Beauty
The sunset light was approaching
the soft curved hills.
Evening was entering like a fierce painting
in the sky.
How amazing colors
in a new dimension that only
nature and someone above
has the power to create.
I felt that overwhelming presence
a strange feeling surrounded me,
all over like holding me
in a tight and breathtaking embrace
excitement and power for
something that I see unbelievable unreal
but truly real.
I am glad I was there
grabbing the drops of this
overwhelming beauty.

Marissa has the ability to write poems fulfilled with creativity and fantasy and one of her great ability is to ends her poems with a unexpected twist…and some of them can be totally hilarious like the one she wrote after our meeting. I will post it here to give you an appetizer of her fantasy be prepared to laugh, I couldn’t stop when I read it! :-))))
(Photo In order from left: Corinne, Me, Ms. Erika Kind and Marissa)
It started out a day just like any other day
Blue skies, pleasant temperatures, typical L.A.
But this Friday was special as I was psyched to be
Meeting soon at Starbucks, a group of bloggers 3.
For a wholesome day of fun, coffee, gossip, laughter
With Erika Kind, Corinneonline, Carolina at Yesterday After
All the women were so sweet starting off you see
But I don’t remember much after sipping my coffee…
And the next thing you know, well, the scene was quite outrageous
My head was pounding as I woke in a hotel in Vegas
Corinne was sprawled out on the couch and starting to come round
Carolina on the floor, Ms. Kind was nowhere found
Strange clothing strewn across the floor, emptied bottles of booze
A gap where I once had a tooth, Corinne had new tattoos
And in the other rooms we found a tiger and a baby
Plus little Wayne, Wayne Newton and of course, Wayne Brady
But as for Erika,we’d no idea what we should do
‘Til looking out the window, we came cross our fist clue
For what did we see flying high as we were sitting there
Hanging from a monument, Erika’s underwear
And then we all did realize it was our mission then to find
Erika in time to get her back to Lichtenstein
And we would do all that we thought we could do in our power
To get her on that flight which was to leave in just 10 hours
Our mission was before us, and it was do or die
We pondered perhaps she was kidnapped by some Asian guy
But despite our best efforts there was no way to retrieve her
So we asked Mike Tyson but he hadn’t seen her either
Time was getting closer and still we had no luck
We’d have to call her family and say disaster struck
And just as we were bout to put the phone up to our ears
We heard Erika’s voice she said “Hello ladies I’m here”
We looked in disbelief sure her image holographic
But she said “It’s really me, I just got caught in L.A. traffic!”
And we said “Oh gosh you drove here? well you really are insane
At 6PM on Friday you should have just got on a plane!”
And so it seemed that Erika would safely make it home
And the rest revealed itself inside Corinne’s iPhone
With pictures so embarrassing we all squirmed in our seat
And with no time to spare we all just quickly hit delete
And no one will find out what went on, that we all did swear
Or what the heck was up with Erika’s flying underwear
And the only picture that we all agreed to show
Is the one that I am posting right here down below
Just four normal bloggers who you see are looking awfully
Happy when they thought that they should all meet one day for coffee

Now I hope that you all still laughing and had fun reading and travelling through Marissa creativity!
So if you want to have more fun and great reading please go to visit her Blog!
Have a great week!

Crystals
translucent surface
of an inner energy
powerful light
radiating rays of depth
in the history of nature
sun reflection and donation
of universal love
for the humanity to hold
a cosmic revelation
sometimes unknown
like puzzle pieces to find
within our soul
awareness will come
with perception and feelings
love is power
light will shine

Emotions
emotions chained
to words untold
floating like cluster clouds
in a sky of darkness and light
the storm was approaching
lighting were striking the heart
like stones breaking glasses
like in a lost dance over fire
following the song of my thoughts
holding a flower to protect
a desperate search for
a peaceful and silent shelter to rest
pieces of me were left there
in the dark with a white flower to hold
looking for a raising sun…

PEACE
a precious word I have been thought
from the day I was born
a word made of many words
a word made of many colors
a word made of many thoughts
a word to be shared
a word that rhyme with love
and acceptance
find harmony inside yourself
to walk peacefully during your life path
with enlightenment
love yourself to love one another
open your mind to freedom
and mantain it possible in this world.
