Tonight I went for a nocturne hike!
I went in a whim without plan anything. I carried my camera with the intent to be lucky to find the beautiful Super Moon and meet her between the hills. I had the wish to find a clear sky without clouds and be able to get a good shot of this memorable moment! November 2016 Supermoon is supposed to be the closest, brightest and the largest since 1948. It is indeed a moment to capture!
I took several shots but this one is the one I love the most and I want to share it with you. Today here in California we had a beautiful evening the temperature was pleasant and the sky was super clear, no clouds, just beautiful! And here it is, the gorgeous moon dominating the sky in her brightest beauty!
Have a wonderful night or day! <3
Enjoy the Supermoon!
Today post is for “A Photo A Week Challenge” hosted by Nancy Merrill Photography the theme of this week is “Glowing” these photos were taken in different places at different time and they are all glowing!

– Light and Darkness –
With today post I am participating to Discover Weekly Photo Challenge – Portraits. I am very excited to share with you one of my digital creations. This is Portrait #5 part of my experimental Digital-Art Portraits Collection. I love working on this concept “When Nature Meet Humans” it is always challenging and fascinating for me to search for the amazing photos that inspire my creations. I gave this Portrait the title of “Light and Darkness“.
I like to experiment new ideas and concepts that are helping me to evolve and grow with my art and creativity. I always loved to work in Digital and apply my Art to this “Techno-Medium” (I just made up this definition of Art). One of my passion is Photography I like to take photos and I like to work with photos, manipulating images blending and layering them, being able to give life to a new created photo as result of many. Here if you are a new follower or you missed my older posts you can see my Digital Art . I also made a Gallery for the “Nature Meets Humans Portraits Collection” you can see the other portraits here.

This portrait it is the #5 of this Collection, the title is “Light and Darkness” and I like to give a positive message of hope saying that “There is always light after the dark”.
I love the deep contrast and the blue color fusing in the black darkness and the lighting created by the full moon that brings out the reality of the eyes over the other nature elements in the background. This portrait was very intriguing and inspiring to create.
To be able to create this portrait and all the other ones I used beautiful photos found on Pinterest most of the images used are not my own Photography (I apologize but I haven’t found the Photographers names to give Credits if anyone recognize their photos please let me know).
I love this idea to mix Nature with Humans and create some unique and very different kinds of portraits…This Collection is created mostly for my own Artistic purpose and to share with you some of my Digital-Art abilities.
If you’re interested in purchase a custom and unique portrait like the ones in this Collection you can. I will create one exclusively for you, using your own personal memories photos, I will create your own personal and unique custom Digital Art Portrait, for more info and details please contact me.
Today I came across to The Daily Post “Weekly Photo Challenge” the theme of this week is interesting and inspiring “Cherry On Top!” I am supposed to share a detail that makes a good thing even better.
To participate I will share some of my photos!
Today Photography Challenge “A Photo A Week Challenge” hosted by Nancy Merrill Photography the theme of this week is “Out in the Country” these photos were taken in two different times and seasons, during my hike on a trail over the hills here in California. Difference between the photos, the first one taken at the end of the Summer, the hills were pretty dry and all was of a rich brown color, the second photo is on the same trail just a different spot in Spring a day or two after the rain all is beautifully green!
Today I came across this beautiful Photography Challenge “A Photo A Week Challenge” hosted by Nancy Merrill Photography the theme of this week is “Hands” and I loved to participate with one of my photos! The hands in the photo are my own featuring one of my jewelry design the Rose Quartz Dome Ring.
This week the Photo Challenge at The Daily Post is “Look Up” it’s all about spending some time during your day to look up and see what there is above you!
On the Daily Post I found these words to be very true in our busy daily life “Going about our day, we often don’t pay attention to what’s directly above us. We’re more likely to focus on what’s in front of us rather than what’s overhead”.
I am an artist and I love to look at the sky, the movement of the clouds, the changing lights and amazing colors during the day until the sunset. If you paint then you know that you will never look at the sky the same way you did before. During my day I always spend few minutes looking up! I find it to be very calming and I get great inspirations for my paintings and photography!
My Photo was taken during a hike and at sunset I was overwhelmed from such beauty all over above me!
